Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment received date. Buyer's remorse returns do require the purchaser to ship the item back to us. Items must arrive in the original box in new resalable condition. Please make sure you package returns well and use tracking. If the item is expensive we also suggest the use of shipping insurance. If the item returns damaged refund cannot be given.
Once the item(s) are delivered & inspected for re-sale, a refund will be issued less a 15% re-stock fee.
Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products, Hypnotic will correct at our expense. Please contact customer service for assistance with any return.
